In my whole life up to now, I have not come across a single bad government officer or police officer in Tamil Nadu and New Delhi. Agricultural officers being the best people. Mass say lot of negative about them ….. newspapers, television and many. But in my life, there was never an encounter with a police officer or government officer who was bad. About 90% of my life till now is in Tamil Nadu which I consider to be the safest and 2 years in New Delhi. This is according to me and may not be same for everyone. They all seem to be good for the good, bad for the bad and ugly for the ugly
Everywhere in the world, there will be 5 satans out of every 100 or 1000. The news are about them. They don't talk much about good people. If somebody gets bribe and gets caught, the newspapers will contain that news but if somebody does not demand bribe and get actions done for public, do the newspapers inform about it. For every bad activity that takes place there are lot of good activities also that take place simultaneously but those are not mentioned.

My last days at Delhi Flying Club. Jan 1999.
There is a railway station nearby Safdarjung Airport. With last money on hand, I went to book a ticket. But returned back. I don't know what happened. My faint memory wont remember so long period. As it was the month of January, it was very cold. So I was wearing a jacket that had loose pockets. I was totally in no mind state. I was not knowing what i was doing. Totally unconscious. Only managed to cross the roads with caution, not meeting accidents. If they had put weighing scales across entire length of roads, they would have read "zero" weight. Floating on air, i was walking. So i didn't know how i lost the wallet. I checked it two times, it was not there. All money gone. I was staying at Faridabad that was after badarpur border, Haryana. About maybe 20 to 25 kms. Every day, i was coming from there. I did't know how to return back to room. So i went to Delhi Flying Club canteen hoping to find some friend to borrow money and return back. One fellow did come. Sat across me and told Mr Vashist, office attendant wants to see me. I went there. He handed me the wallet. The Airport entry permit was inside it. That was how it was delivered to DFC office. I was dumbfonded. He asked me to go to police control area that was nearby that railway station. They wanted to see me. I went there. I could have avoided it. But they wanted to see me and so i went. One police man was there and few more around. An ambassador car with blue light on top was nearby. He asked me to get some sweets for them. I went around and came back with them. It was really long walks for me, that day. I asked him, why some cars have blue lights and some red lights. He told blue light means it is a police officer's car. Okay.
Now, most people have a prejudice that the mass population and police are bad, particular about money making etc. The one who took it that money was a good sum, he had handed it to police (or did the police itself found the wallet), the police also returned it to DFC office. IN FACT, they had avoided "ONE MAN'S CURSE" upon humanity. Just imagine, i lost the money. How much trouble, i would have undergone. The troubles that i would have undergone would have "TRANSMITTED" to Earth's atmosphere as curses upon humanity. They had stopped it. Otherwise, whenever i thought of Delhi, that bitter incident would have surfaced on my mind resulting in damage to "reputation" of New Delhi.

You harm somebody, that harm returns to you after some time. You are a beautiful girl who betrayed a young man, made him commit suicide. You got married to a billionaire. Had a son. That son fell in love with a beautiful girl. That girl did not like him. Your son commits suicide. What you did to somebody's son has returned to your son.
Factors like this and other factors essential to life are not told and warned to school students and college students. Instead, their heads are dumped with garbages. How downtrodden individuals buy branded dress, apple i phone, a costly bike etc on loans and trap a billionaire's daughter. I have observed Yamahas, Pulsars parked in front of a ottu veedu (tile house) not even RC building, they would come out and go. The mentally retarded billionaire father would be concentrating on making money, more money, the mentally retarded schools and colleges would be concentrating on dumping garbage, more garbage making her very educated. The satan has a cakewalk and traps the billionaire's daughter (who has not been alerted of such traps). For whole life, because of mismatch, the satan would be weeping (as he would like his wife to pour brandy in glass tumlar but she is not of that type) the angel would also be weeping.
Tamil Nadu state has about 80 million population
It is indeed a herculean task to govern so many people and that too in a democratic set up
If politicians control their behaviour too much, the next election they lose.
This is a major factor and also a harmful factor for other members of society.
But if all politicians do the same actions then the mass individuals will have to change their disgusting behaviours.
Bad habits from small plants have grown into dense forests. In India, it may be in everybody's genes. Fathers do it. The sons will also do it. It would require too much of effort and punishment to dissolve them.
Incorrigible individuals spitting on the roads, even shitting on narrow roads with vehicles rolling theirs tyres over excreta and spreading them on to other parts of the road, tying cows and bisons on road side, planting coconut trees on road side etc etc. These are sadistic behaviours that 99% do not undergo punishment. As they do not undergo punishment, these people do not have any regrets or indications of their wrong doings.
The government, police, courts are particular about "maintaining good will" even amongst incorrigible individuals.
Go and interview every Tamilian. You will find that he /she does not hold the society individuals in a respectful level. The tamil society individuals, police, courts has lost their "self esteem" in every individual's mind. Even the leaders are downgraded to the lowest level. Do not carry a mike and start interview. You wont get true answers. In front of mike, every Tamilian will praise tamilians and Tamil nadu. If the mike is absent only you will get the real thinking of every Tamilian about other tamilians. Enter a tea stall or coffee shop. Listen to others talking. That is the interview. Interview of two individuals or many individuals talking. An interview where the exact tamil society condition will come into light.

The sad truth is dogs are much better than human beings in many dimensions that comparing them with humans is a disgrace for them. I don't adjust with the society satans. I see truth as it is. A dog eats food and simply remains there. Humans don't eat and sit there simple. They do dozens of incorrigible activities. They bribe, back stab, tell lies, spread rumours, destroy you with jealousy and lot more. It is really a disgrace for dogs to compare them with human beings.

Narrow 3 seaters in public buses. they must be 2+2 not 2+3
An average bodybuild person occupies 125% of the 3 seater. The next person makes it 250% leaving only 50% for the third. That individual must keep half the body away from seat on air and keep leg on foot path to balance. It becomes worse when bus becomes crowded. How this factor is not corrected by dozens of bus body builders, hundreds of transportation staff and thousands who travel by buses. Somebody must have put an end to this 3 seater torture system. TN govt newest buses in year 2020 also have same torturous disadvantage.

SPEED BREAKERS. paragraphs created 4 August, 2021
Some persons in road laying department sadistically put up bison or buffalo like speed breakers. Every "low on money" vehicle owner cum driver almost gets a heart attack getting past them. One does not know whom to complain about the idiot or sadist behind the speed breaker. It is waste of material, money, manual labour and torture for hundreds of vehicles that goes over them. Correct size and effective speed breaker but no reflectors on it.
These breakers slow down vehicles. It is not possible to go above 20 kmph speed without hurting vehicle's wheel axle. Their height is less but they do well the purpose of constructing speed breakers.
I had observed speed breakers constructed even on state highways e.g. from Bavani to Maetoor, in Coimbatore - Sathyamangalam road, CMS School, Ganapathy. I dont know whether they exists today. It was few years back, I was a beginner driver who drove my car after 11 pm from coimbatore to salem via bavani, koneripatti barage to avoid 2 wheeler traffic. It was dark, i was moving with vehicle headlights. A speed breaker was there (without paint on it) on a straight road where vehicles can move even at 90 kmph. I had to press hard the brakes to avoid hitting it. Somebody had constructed a speed breaker on the highway itself. There must have been a school nearby. If a school starts at 9 a.m, there will be traffic on that road for 30 min. Nobody wants to go to school. They must go. So they all try to go as late as possible. Before 8:30, there will be no traffic at all. After 8:30, for half an hour there will be crowd. The same situation, at the evening. Half an hour before the school and half an hour after the school, school uniform traffic is there. For this traffic, they erect speed breakers on highways that slow down thousands of vehicles, gulping their fuel, creating petty annoyance, mental agony to thousands of drivers, all day. Even at night time, heavy trucks must slow down for no good reason. Sometimes, they construct two as if one is not enough. What type of thinking is this ? Worst case scenario, they dont paint the speed breakers when the paint wears away. At night time, it is as if there is no speed breaker at all. They construct highway sign boards but those sign boards go unnoticed as there are always dozens of advertisement boards around them. I have not come across a single speed breaker with reflectors on them. If there are reflectors inside speed breakers, then drivers will know that a speed breaker is ahead.
Camera observation.
Construct a buffalo or bison speed breaker. Put a camera nearby on the front and record the faces of drivers of vehicles. Observe how much distress every driver undergoes. The speed breaker is the work of one mindless, loose minded fool or sadist who make hundreds or thousands undergo distress. One foolish contractor working for Government can make hundreds or thousands of people undergo distress.
The mileage of hundreds or thousands of vehicles
Speed breakers near entrance of schools where the crowd is only for 30 min in morning and 30 min in evening. What about the mileage of hundreds or thousands of vehicles that go over them all 24 hours. I have observed huge trucks carrying about 5 tonnes + load, slowing down to 10 kmph and again regaining momentum at "NIGHT" TIME. Why should vehicles slow down where there are no persons or nothing on the road. What sense is there behind the construction of speed breakers.
There will be houses on either sides of road, they will construct two speed breakers there. Sooner or later, every road will have lines of houses on its sides. Maybe they will erect dozen speed breakers for a length of 1 km (one km) because every house will have children, so there will be a speed breaker for every house. Those who are driving on the roads do not go and hit individuals. They are simply going on road. It is the individual with "suicidal" tendency or "getting hurt" tendency who go in the line of vehicles or allow vehicles to hit them.
Imagine instead of road, it is a fire line. The road is on fire. An individual goes on it and gets hurt. Who is to be blamed. The fire or the individual. The fire was simply there, it is the stupid individual with suicidal tendency who went over it. Likewise, the drivers are driving vehicles over road. They do not intend to hit anybody. They are simply going. Why are they constructing speed breakers.
Constructing speed breakers on highways or lengthy straight roads is as stupid as constructing speed breakers on railway tracks to slow down trains. Imagine speed breakers on railway tracks. A train that is moving at 100 kmph slows down, comes to 10 kmph, goes over speed breaker, the engine section goes up and then comes down. Likewise all wheels of carriages go up and then down. IT IS DEFINETELY STUPID. That is what happens to 8 cars moving in line over speed breakers. When the traffic signal is green, the flow is like a train, instead of carriages, they are small, small vehicles. It is the same.
Less height and effective speed breakers on junctions
If the Indian wheel clearance limit is 170 mm, few seem to erect speed breaker at height of 165 mm. If five fatties will sit on a old car, they are done for OR if an army truck will move over it with tonnes of nuclear warheads on it, it will be impossible to cross. In many places, the reverse happens. They erect speed breakers on lengthy straight roads but leave the small roads that join it - level ground.
